How ordering works
Everything's cooked to order for a time slot, so there are no day-of orders.
Cult cooks everything fresh for a specific pickup time slot. Because the kitchen shops and preps to the exact counts, ordering opens and closes on a schedule.
When ordering opens
A slot becomes orderable about 7 days before it starts. Until then it isn't shown on the menu.
The cut-off
Ordering for a slot closes 24 hours before it starts. We call that the cut-off. At the cut-off the kitchen's counts are final and it starts prepping, and the slot drops off the menu automatically.
No day-of orders
Because of the cut-off, we can't take same-day orders. Plan a little ahead and grab a slot while it's open.
Pickup only for now
Right now everything is collection, or pickup. Delivery is coming in a later release, with its own zone and a flat fee.
